The idea for the restaurant was born when Alex and Alicia met in London, where they both worked in a nice hotel in the city centre.
After a period they decided to come here to Spain, returning to Alicia’s roots to pursue their dream of opening their own restaurant; a dream which they were finally able to realise in 2018.
