Indoor and outdoor yoga
Join Rut at her weekly yoga classes at her wellness centre in Nerja, and in the Sports Center in Frigiliana.
Rut’s yoga sessions will help you to focus on improving your flexibility, strength and balance while enhancing your posture, coordination and mental focus.
You can now also join Rut´s outdoor yoga sessions in the beautiful Garden of Hotel Parador Nerja, and enjoy the amazing sea and mountain views.
